Electron Backscatter Diffraction (EBSD)
The first EBSD patterns and OIM maps collected from pure n-phase Cerium, prepared by ion sputtering using a scanning Auger microprobe.
The (0001) pole figure for this Hafnium samples shows a preference for the c-axes to be aligned with the vertical direction in the map.
