EDAX Inc. is pleased to announce that Rodrigo Rubiano has joined the company in the position of EDAX Business Unit Manager. Rodrigo comes to EDAX from Tyco Electronics where he was General Manager of the Magnetics Group. He graduated from MIT with a BS in Materials Science and Engineering, BS in Nuclear Engineering and an MS in Nuclear Engineering. In 1994 he joined Raychem Corporation which was acquired by Tyco in 1999. Before taking on the GM role at Tyco, Rodrigo was involved in engineering, engineering management, business development and marketing.

Rodrigo joins EDAX with excellent experience and a background suited to take on the role of Business Unit Manager in a high technology instrument company such as EDAX. He will be located at EDAX headquarters in Mahwah, New Jersey.
