Detectors
TEAM™ Pegasus incorporates the full range of EDAX SDD detectors and cameras. The Apollo series Silicon Drift Detector (SDD) detectors with sensors up to 30 mm², offer resolution down to 127 eV and throughput of up to 350 kcps. Industry leading electronics provide outstanding efficiency and resolution across the full range of count rates.

For EBSD, the available choices are the market leading Hikari EBSD Detector with an excellent blend of speed and sensitivity, and the high resolution DigiView IV camera.
