TEAM™ EDS Reporting

The TEAM™ EDS Smart Data Management system for SEM achieves new levels of ease and flexibility with simplified file management and dynamic reporting. Your data is saved as a project and presented as a project tree for interactive review and archiving of images and collected results. This data is owned by the user and contains information including the specimen’s profile, area images, maps, and quantification results. Reports can be generated and stored automatically within TEAM™ EDS by pressing a single button. The reports can be exported in over 20 file formats to meet the user's needs.

TEAM™ Data Management

The operator can review either just-collected or previously gathered data. Maps are displayed as thumbnails in the data review gallery. Area image, elemental maps, and phase overlay maps can be selected and viewed. The user can display and review spectra and their quant results. Then reports can be generated in the TEAM™ EDS, Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or a host of other formats.

Dynamic Reporting

The TEAM™ EDS’s dynamic reporting capabilities represent a newer, better, and smarter way to perform data management. The software permits template customization – allowing the operator to choose and collect the data, then lay out the report with a few easy mouse clicks. The report is created by simply dragging and dropping the data from the project tree to the template. The template can be applied over and over again, eliminating the need to create a new version for each report. Dynamic data editing enables rapid report construction and achieves a new level of simplicity in manipulating and formatting information.
